Tønsberg kommune
Færder, Tønsberg and Re Municipalities would like to establish a framework agreement for concrete material.
Tønsberg and Re Municipalities plan to merge. The following applies during the framework agreement:
— it is possible that the municipalities that merge together will cease to exist and will leave the contract without a notice period,
— the new (combined) municipality will have the option to join the contract,
— if a municipality is divided up, the relevant geographical areas will be included in the framework agreement.

Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will mainly apply for concrete material for operations. When it comes to larger new constructions/renovations that are put up for tender, the procurement of material will usually be part of the offer from the contractor, and not part of the framework agreement. With smaller new constructions/renovations it may be that the municipality itself provides the materials through this framework agreement.

Procurements will mainly be pipes, pipe parts, manholes and manhole parts, other products can be procured, such as road protection products.
The contract is subject to the ability to deliver and quality. If a tenderer has unsatisfactory quality or is unable to deliver 1 or more products, the municipalities are free to make purchases outside the contract. Or the contract could be terminated.

The level of operations depends on annual adopted and approved budgets for Tønsberg and Færder Municipalities, and can vary a great deal from year to year. The amounts procured in the last 3 years through the existing framework agreement are given below:

— Færder 517 000 NOK, 589 000 NOK, 436 000 NOK,
— Tønsberg 595 000 NOK, 612 000 NOK, 697 000 NOK.
Total: 1 100 000 NOK, 1 200 000 NOK, 1 100 000 NOK.
Re Municipality has not had a separate contract for concrete material and there is, therefore, no budget for 2019 for this.
Most of the material procured in recent years is shown in Annex 4 — Price Sheet, page 2.
The given estimate does not constitute any minimum purchase obligation.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract subject to the same conditions for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years. This is the contracting authority´s unilateral right. The contract will be automatically extended for 1 + 1 year unless the contracting authority gives notice on the contract 3 months before the contract period expires.
