— a description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include information of the assignment's value, date and recipient,
— a statement must be given for the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management in the last 3 years,
— a description of the proportion of the agreement and the fields of which the tenderer expects to engage a sub-provider.
