In this connection, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Eastern Region, wants to enter into a Framework Agreement with a service provider for bridge maintenance on national and county roads in Hedmark and Oppland counties.
The total number of bridges with traffic in these counties is about 2 140, of which 960 are in Hedmark and 1 180 are in Oppland.

The total number of bridges with traffic in these counties is about 2 140, of which 960 are in Hedmark and 1 180 are in Oppland.
The works primarily concern minor maintenance works. Where there is a need for more comprehensive maintenance works on specific bridges, this will be announced as individual contracts.
The assignments will vary in scope and include bridge maintenance of varying nature, including joint repairs, replacement of asphalt joints, repair of joint sills, repair of bearings, concrete repairs, minor road surface repairs, corrosion protection, replacement and repair of railings, edge beams, water outlets, major concrete works due to flood damage, repairs due to undermining, stream flow diversion and the like.

Qualification requirement:
Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and shall fulfil the following requirements:
— tenderers must have positive equity.
Documentation requirement:
1) The tenderer's annual financial statements, annual report and audit report for the last three years and recent information (quarterly accounts) which is of importance to the tenderer's fiscal figures;
2) If relevant; a brief statement on information on the economic conditions or losses that are not documented other places and that are required to be documented in accordance with Norwegian and/or international accounting standards;
3) If relevant; an overview of any newly performed, ongoing or impending tax or public reviews of the tenderer’s business.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1) The primary areas included in the assignment: general bridge maintenance, railing works, concrete rehabilitation, concrete works, bridge joints, steelworks and surface treatment of steel.
Documentation requirement:
A list of up to 5 but no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or is carrying out in the last 5 years, calculated from the tender deadline.
