The first building stage for the centre was completed in 2016.
The extension is an expansion of the centre, with 40 (42) nursing home places. It will be connected to the existing building by a glass walkway on the first and second floors. It will be established on the site of the current car park. This will be made accessible by demolishing the old hospital building on the lower side of the current building. The rigging for construction phase 2 is also planned to be here.

The building will be erected by an existing building that is in use. The building's architecture and solutions are adapted to and coordinated with the existing building. The building will be a separate technical unit, only the patient signalling system and access control will be integrated with part 1.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must, as a minimum, have credit worthiness AA or equivalent.

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating will be carried out by Lier Eiendomsselskap KF through a credit rating company that has a licence to operate such activities.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

AA or equivalent. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts;

2) The service provider shall have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract;

3) A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that are to be provided;

4) To ensure compliance with environmentally relevant requirements in the contract, the tenderer must possess sufficient relevant environmental competence, management systems and routines for quality assurance of the services that are covered.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Description of up to 3 of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The tenderer can document the experience of the personnel that may be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer;

2) An account of the tenderer's average workforce in the last 3 years and the equipment, machinery, tools, material or technical equipment that are available to the tenderer and will be used to implement the contract/assignment;

3) An account of the tenderer's quality assurance system/management system, or a copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body, or similar documentation;

4) Copy of a valid ISO 14001 certificate, EMAS certificate, or equivalent certificate. If a valid certificate cannot be presented, the contracting authority will also accept a brief description of the tenderer's environmental management system that explains how it is equivalent to the requirements in ISO 14001, EMAS, or equivalent.
