The aim of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement in order to cover the Defence Sector's total need for the maintenance and support of existing service management systems, based on BMC Remedy Action Request System, or equivalent.
The procurement also includes an option for new procurements of additional licences of the mentioned software, “or equivalent”, as well as maintenance of this.
The Framework Agreement will be valid for a period of two (2) years, with options for extensions for two (2) x one (1) year.
