Rælingen municipality, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for contractor services for the project "Turnkey contract – New Fjerdingby school". The implementation of the construction project is subject to the municipal council's approval. A contract will not be signed until the funding is approved.
The contracting authority shall construct a new primary school containing multi-user hall and a wing for Forum for Included Students (Norwegian FINE) in Fjerdingby; cadastral no./property no. 100/35 (partly cadastral no./property no. 100/39).

Justification for cancellation The municipality of Rælingen has today published a memo ‘Notice of cancellation of the competition’ on TendSign and sent notification of this to all registered stakeholders. The memo explains the reason for cancellation and concludes with: ‘On this basis, Rælingen municipality considers the above mentioned changes to be in violation of the Public Procurement Regulation § 14-2 (1)’. Furthermore, the following information is provided: ‘Affected service providers are hereby notified that necessary tender documentation improvements will be made, and a new competition for an equivalent turnkey contract will be announced as soon as this is practical to implement.’ Visma notice: https://opic.com/id/afvxocykuf
