Quarter 13 includes residences, cafes, offices, etc. This is a link in the fire protection of Gamlebyen, so that the consequences of a fire can be reduced to an acceptable level. The purpose of the facility is protection of buildings. The facility must be delivered with shut-off devices for flats, residences to hinder unwanted alarms affecting other housing units. Programming of this function, and which other areas will be notified if an alarm is not silenced, will be agreed in the project.
