The third party branch programme is a measure within the Competence Reform “Learn Your Whole Life”. The programme is aimed at the municipal health and care sector and the industry and construction trade respectively. The evaluation assignment will follow the development in the programme and the implementation of the pilots, and assess to what degree the programme has succeeded in reaching its goals in the intention contracts. The Contracting Authority would like, amongst other things, to use the evaluation to highlight:
1) The development work in the different pilots;
2) Goal achievement in the pilots, individually and as a whole;
3) The cooperation between the involved actors;
4) Limitations and possibilities;
5) Factors that can contribute to improving the programme for any new post education and further education offers;
6) Any transferable value to other parts of the education system.
