— Supplier management and follow-up,

— IT Service Management function,

— Service Desk services,

— On-site support services,

— Service Request Management services.

Norges Bank will consider signing a direct contract with a third party (Supplier of standard cloud service).

Varighet: 60 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract will renew automatically for one (1) year at a time.

Qualification Requirement:

— Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation Requirement:

Norwegian tenderers:

— A Company Registration Certificate

Foreign tenderers:

Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification Requirement:

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery.

Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer must have sufficient solidity, liquidity and profitability to be able to deliver the services in accordance with the contract.

Documentation Requirement:

The tenderers Annual Financial Statement including notes and the auditor's report for the last three years must be enclosed.

If a tenderer has not been in business for three years, the tenderer's annual accounts with the auditor's report must be attached for all operational years.

If the annual accounts for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline expires for this competition, the preliminary annual accounts for the last year shall also be attached.

A credit assessment from a certified credit appraisal agency based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification Requirement:

Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means deliveries within:

— Establishment,

— Implementation and configuration,

— Administration and maintenance,

— Support, training and consulting services.

Documentation Requirement:

An overview of the tenderer´s three primary deliveries during the last three years.

If the tenderer has not delivered new deliveries during the last three years, deliveries in current customer relationships will be accepted.

Norges Bank retains the right to contact the references (referees). In this connection, the tenderer is required to provide the following contact information for the reference (referee): name, position, email and telephone.

The tenderer must complete Annex 2, ‘Form for References'.

Tenderers must possess sufficient competence to complete the delivery.

Sufficient competence means that the tenderer must have competence to be able to offer services and deliveries within the following areas:

In Appendix 3, ‘Competence and Capacity’, give a description of education and professional qualifications of the personnel that the tenderer has at disposal for the implementation of the delivery.

The tenderer must have sufficient capacity to be able to implement the delivery. Sufficient capacity means that tenderer must have the capacity to offer services and deliveries in the following areas:

In Appendix 3, ‘Competence and Capacity’, tenderers must give an overview of technical personnel that the tenderer has at disposal for the implementation of the delivery.

Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality system.

Description of the tenderer's quality assurance system.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
