Engineering geological inspections of rock and rock support will be carried out in 28 tunnels in the Eastern Region by the end of 2021.
The assignment includes main inspection of rock and rock support in tunnels both with and without free-standing arches as well as recording accessibility between arches and rock. The inspections must be implemented to document the condition of rocks and rock support in the tunnels.
The assignment also includes special inspections with evaluation/reporting of necessary support measures that are identified during the main inspection.

The Contracting Authority has an option on the following as additions to the contract:
engineering geological follow-up in connection with the implementation of rock support measures.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the requisite financial foundation to comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy.
Documentation requirement:
— annual financial statements for the last 3 financial years,
— credit assessment/rating, not older than 6 months. The credit assessment/rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures and it shall be implemented by a credit information agency with permissions thereof,
— documentation of any significant changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity in relation to the auditor confirmed accounts for the last 2 years, as well as the auditor's statement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience with work of the same nature and degree of difficulty.
Documentation requirement:
— description of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years,
— documentation of relevant services that the tenderer performed more than 3 years ago will also be taken in consideration.
2 previous assignment must be described.
The description must include a statement of:
(a) Contracting Authority (name, telephone number and email address);
(b) content and scope of the assignment;
(c) assignment period.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
