The system must facilitate efficiency, automation and documentation of processes that are currently manual and time consuming, as well as increase the quality of the services that the Sterile Department offers to the surgical departments, and other patient treatment in OUS.

OUS would like to use this procurement to achieve support for standardisation and an overview across the entire hospital by having everything in one system. This will form the basis for reducing the need for equipment (more efficient use and the correct total equipment number). In addition this will give a better basis for decisions, based on a good overview of operations in the entire hospital.

In addition to OUS, the following health trusts will have an option to enter into separate contracts for an electronic logistics and quality management system for their sterile departments:
— Vestre Viken Health Region,
— Sørlandet Hospital,
— Vestfold Hospital,
— Telemark Hospital,
— Innlandet Hospital.
Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The adaptation contract will have a duration until the system is implemented in the health trusts that are included. The maintenance agreement will be continuous and indefinite.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The following health trusts in Helse Sør-Øst will have an option to enter into separate contracts for the procurement of a logistics and quality management system. These are:
— Vestre Viken Regional Health Trust,
— Sørlandet Hospital,
— Vestfold Hospital,
— Telemark Hospital,
— Innlandet Hospital.
These health trusts will be free to choose between taking up the option or making a separate procurement.
Other options:
— training beyond the required scope, cf. SSA-T Annex 1A,
— implementation of the system in reprocessing loops that are not in Phase 1, cf. SSA- T Annex 1B,
— options for different integrations, cf. SSA-T Annex 1B,
— endoscope, cf. SSA-T Annex 1B.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate.
Foreign tenderers shall provide authorisation(s) for statutory registration in the country where the company is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
The Contracting Authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
— the Annual Financial Statements lodged for the last 2 years, with notes including the auditors report.

Tenderers must have good ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
The Contracting Authority will consider tenderers' experience with deliveries of the service included in the contract:
— a short and general description of the company and the company's organisation and areas of activity,
— a description of the 3 most important deliveries that are for this concrete procurement in the last 3 years,
— an overview of the average number of resources in the entity in the last 2 years,
— a description of the tenderer's quality assurance measures, including a description of how the development process is quality assured.
