EEA 040-2019 Framework Agreement, Preparing Unoccupied Flats

Bergen kommune

The contract is for a Framework Agreement for work for preparing unoccupied flats.
This includes joinery/carpentry work, painting work, plumbing work, electro work, masonry work and washing flats.
Each individual assignment will be regulated in accordance with NS8405 and organised as a general contract, i.e., the tenderer will be responsible for all trades that are included and will be able to contract sub-suppliers for the trades. The extent of each assignment will vary depending on the upgrading need in each flat. The Contracting Authority will prepare a specified order for the assignment. The work will be remunerated on the basis of the unit prices that were in the contractor's tender.
The Framework Agreement is divided into sub-contracts.
