Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Company registration certificate: foreign tenderers can submit an equivalent certificate in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's country of establishment with the tender offer, tenderers shall present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer´s home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which demonstrates that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties and social security contributions prior to any contract signing.

1) Quay construction;
2) Steel work;
3) Dredging;
4) Piling;
5) Demolition.
Tenderers must themselves have experience from the execution of the work mentioned in Points 1 to 5 above. It is not sufficient if a tenderer only has experience from managing sub-suppliers' execution. If a tenderer only has experience from managing sub-suppliers, the tenderer must rely on other companies that have the required experience from the execution of the work in question, see B2, Point 4.1.
Tenderers must themselves have experience from the execution of the work mentioned in Points 1 to 5 above. It is not sufficient if a tenderer only has experience from managing sub-suppliers' execution. If a tenderer only has experience from managing sub-suppliers, the tenderer must rely on other companies that have the required experience from the execution of the work in question, see B2, Point 4.1.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised.
The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Conditions which will be evaluated are related to, amongst other things:
— documentation of completed quality,
— fulfilment of contracts,
— compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE,
— compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions,
— observance of deadlines,
— follow up during the warranty/claims period,
— use of apprentices.
