The tender conference will take place on the 20.11.2019, at Tjodolvsgate 23, Stavanger, 12.00 a.m. In order to implement the tender conference in a manner that is efficient and treats all of the tenderers equally, the contracting authority wants all of the participants to register. The contracting authority requests registration via KGV [the tender implementation tool]. To register the company name and number of participants must be provided. The registration deadline is 15.11.2019.

Alternative 1 is back ripping, securing and replacement of arches in the southbound lane of the Auglends Tunnel. Alternative 2 is back ripping, securing, expansion with 1 driving lane and new arch in the southbound lane of the Auglends Tunnel. It will be expanded as far as is possible toward the existing portals. Alternative 3 is like Alternative 2 with an addition to complete back ripping/securing jobs for 3 driving lanes and build new T14 portals for the southbound lanes. The cycle tunnel is approx. 380 metres long and will be delivered with portals, permanent securing and interim road superstructure and is the same in all alternatives. The cycle tunnel will function as a bypass road when the water and frost protection works are implemented in the Auglends Tunnel.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: company registration certificate from a register of business enterprises foreign tenderers shall instead submit equivalent certificates as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to complete the contract.
Documentation requirement: annual accounts, etc.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have positive equity/minimum 10 000 000 NOK. See the tender documentation for detailed information.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty:
1) The primary disciplines included in the assignment: engineering design, road construction, tunnel construction, concrete works, blasting works in the open air;
2) Sub-assignments of major significance to the contract work: experience with turnkey contract, electrical installations in tunnels and heavy traffic alterations.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised a list of up to 5 but no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or is carrying out in the last 5 years, calculated from the tender deadline. The Norwegian Pubic Roads Administration and other builders' experiences with providers in ongoing and completed assignments will be assessed. Tenderers are required to present references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner:

1) The contract must be sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract;
2) Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be engaged in this assignment.
The tenderer shall have a system that shows that he works pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works as those comprised in this competition. The system shall be subject to periodic review. C2: special contractual regulations for construction works, the National Public Roads Administration.
C3: the contract document. The contract form will be a turnkey contract. Contract type: fixed price contract with individual unit prices.
The contract has a fixed price part and a part with processes that are remunerated according to accrued quantities pursuant to the specified measurement rules. See Chapter D1.
