New Nordre Follo Municipality needs assistance with the development of a new website and an accompanying new publication system for the websites (CMS). The municipality's ICT strategy is based on procuring and using standard technical platforms.
This means that we do not want special proprietor publication systems, but systems that are in use several places, such as, (but not limited to), Episerver. This will simplify both future training and use across the municipality.
New Nordre Follo Municipality will have approx. 4 500 employees and approx. 60 000 inhabitants.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the development, implementation, maintenance and further development of new websites for the municipality, as well as a publication system (CMS). The new websites must be ready for launching on 15.12.2019.
