The Contracting Authority from and including 1.3.2020, the owner municipalities of RfD will be Drammen, Lier, Modum, and Øvre Eiker. From the same date, RfD will take over the operation of it's own recycling stations itself. The recycling stations are used by both household and business customers.
The objective and scope of the contract:
RfD will enter into contracts for the disposal of waste from the following recycling stations:
Lindum, Enger, Lyngås, Mile and Svelvik.
The assignment concerns the hire of suitable collection units, transport of the waste, as well as a system for further treatment of the waste. The treatment can consist of sorting, compacting, baling, milling, material recycling and final treatment, or a combination of these. The services are divided into the following 10 lots, A-J, further described:
