The purpose of establishing a framework agreement for a common company health services is to give the municipalities a uniform company health service and IA services to the employees in the municipalities and that at the same time satisfies the requirements in the Working Environment Act and regulations for the organisation and development of HSE. The company health service mus actively participate in preventive protection and working environment tasks in the municipalities.

The contract has an estimated scope of 2 430 employees cf. the overview below. This is to be regarded as historical data and is therefore only a guide for future volumes.

Municipalities: Indre Fosen, Osen, Ørland, Åfjord.

Number of employees, respectively: 910, 120, 900, 500.

Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 4 000 000 NOK 💰
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Option to extend for 1 year + 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner: The contract can be extended for up to 2 years, by 1 year at a time.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be approved in accordance with the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's regulation 10.9.2009 about approval of company health services cf. Chapter III, § 7.

Tenderers must have experience from a minimum of two equivalent assignments.

Tenderers must have experience from/competence in mapping of working environments, follow-up of measures, conflict management, follow-up of employees on medical leave and work with psychosocial working environments, AKAN, and training activities within HSE.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have a functioning HSE system.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.

Tenderers must have the required implementation ability and capacity. I.e. tenderers must have staffing and competence that satisfies the staffing and competence requirements in § 7 regulations concerning approval of the company health service.

Tenderers must have an established ethical and qualitative basis on which the services are based.
