Dealer Contract for JetBrains Products with the Accompanying Support and Maintenance Services

We have currently a 1 year contract for 47 licences for All products pack procured directly from JetBrains. The licences contract expires 5.12.2019 and must be continued through the selected dealer. The new contract must in addition to existing licences, contain additional procurement of initially 10 new licences.
The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into dealer contract for JetBrain's products. The minimum contract period is 3 years and the customer can procure licences with accompanying support and maintenance services for further 3 years in accordance with the option for 1+1+1 year extension.
