Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.

Documentation: The tenderer´s annual accounts, including notes with the board's and auditor's reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018. If the Annual Financials Statement for the 2018 is not finished before the application deadline for this contest expires, the preliminary Annual Financial Statements for 2018 must also be attached.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian.

Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The supplier shall have good implementation ability.

Documentation: A short and overall description of the organisation shall be given, including:

— an account of the company’s business concept and core competence related to the scope of the delivery,

— an overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities,

— a concise description must be given of the overall quality assurance system that the tenderer will use for this contract.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have relevant experience from deliveries of an equivalent nature, extent and complexity.

Documentation: A description of the tenderer's 5 most relevant contracts in the last 5 years.

The attached template shall be used (Annex 5).

Only the 5 first reference projects given in the template will be assessed.

The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer's (and any sub-contractors) concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment. The Contracting Authority must be able to contact the reference person.

Any sub-contractors that the tenderer will use to fulfil the qualification requirement must submit equivalent reference projects and a commitment statement.

Requirement: Before the work starts, tenderers must fulfil the requirements required for registration in the Electrical Company Register for work connected to lifts and lifting devices, see the “Regulations on electro companies and qualification requirements for work connected to electrical installations and electrical equipment”.

Documentation: Tenderers must submit confirmation that they are registered in the Electrical Company Register for work connected to lifts and lifting devices. If a tenderer is not registered on the date that the enquiry is submitted, the tenderer must submit a written declaration confirming that he fulfils the described requirement.

Requirement: Tenderers must have an HSE system.

Documentation: An account of the company's HSE Policy, as well as internal control routines that describe compliance with relevant provisions in the builder regulations on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
