Requirement: the tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers — company registration certificate.

Foreign tenderers: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation: the tenderer´s annual accounts, including notes with the board's and auditor's reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018. The contracting authority reserves the right to collect a credit assessment from Experian or a similar company. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers (the company) must have the implementation ability to fulfil this contract.

Documentation: a brief and general description must be given of the company's organisation and competence for the implementation of this type of contract. Please use template — (Annex 6).

Requirement: the tenderer must have experience with installation of electro and HVAC in major buildings.

Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer’s primary deliveries during the last 5 years.

The contracting authority can also consider descriptions of the tenderer's relevant deliveries carried out more than 5 years ago. The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer's (and any subcontractors') concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment. The contracting authority must be able to contact the reference person. The attached template shall be used (Annex 5).

Requirement: tenderers must have a documented quality management system.

Documentation: the tenderer must submit verification that they are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent, or submit the table of contents for their quality management system.

Requirement: tenderers must have a documented HSE system.

Documentation: the tenderer must submit the table of contents for their HSE system, and this and any detailed description of the system must satisfy the requirements in the internal control regulations.
