This contract, D31 — carriage hall, is for structural and building work for a service building in the open air. The service building has a base area of approx. GFA 680 m over 2 storeys, including a room for technical installations. Structural and building work are to be carried out next to the service building in 2 ready blasted rock halls, with a total of 7 050 m. In addition an outside area of 1 400 m is to be developed. The contract will be a general contract with elements from contractor/supplier engineering design.

The assignment's nature and scope:

Before contract D31 starts, the building site for the service building and rock halls will be blasted and secured by contract D15. D15 also includes various work in the rock halls, as well as external water and sewage pipeline installations, etc.

This contract, D31, includes:

All structural and building works in the service building. The building has a base area of approx. GFA 680 m

— foundation and concrete work,

— framework weathertight house work Including steel, glass and facade work, roofing, etc.,

— water and sewage pipelines, sanitary installations,

— fixture work, all structural disciplines,

— technical disciplines; electro heavy current, low current, fire detection and alarm system, lighting installations, ventilation, sprinkler installations, heating installations, etc.

Structural work and building work in rock halls. Hall 1 has an area of approx. 3960 m

— laying radon pipes and membrane,

— installation of tunnel sealing,

— development of a substructure up to and including the formation layer,

— water and sewage installations,

— fixture work, structural disciplines,

— joint suspension system,

— technical disciplines; electro heavy current, low current, fire detection and alarm system, lighting installations, ventilation, sprinkler installations, heating installations, etc.,

— development of the outside area, including landscape work, asphalting, lighting, parts of the water and sewage installations, etc.,

— delivery of sanding equipment for trams.
