Norwegian tenderers:

Company registration certificate. The contracting authority will obtain a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre for Norwegian tenderers. Norwegian tenderers do not, therefore, need to submit a such a certificate.

Foreign tenderers:

Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer's annual financial statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2016, 2017 and 2018.

If the annual accounts for 2018 are not concluded by the deadline for receipt of tenders, the tender must include a preliminary annual account for up until Q3 2018.

The contracting authority reserves the right to collect a credit assessment from Experian or a similar company.

Financial strength shall mainly be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

The contracting authority downloads approved annual accounts from the Brønnøysund Register Centre for the Norwegian tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers (the company) must have the implementation ability to fulfil this contract.

Documentation: a brief and general description must be given for the business as well as an account of the competence profile of the company. Please use template — (Annex 6).

Requirement: tenderers shall have relevant experience from contracts for equivalent subject areas, scope and complexity. Particular emphasis will be placed on experience in coordination of interior design work for large construction projects.

Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer’s most important deliveries in the last 5 years.

The contracting authority can also consider descriptions of the tenderer's relevant deliveries carried out more than 5 years ago. The attached template shall be used (Annex 5). The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer's (and any subcontractors') concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment. The contracting authority must be able to contact the reference person.

Requirement: tenderers must have a documented quality management system.

Documentation requirement: the tenderer must submit confirmation that they have ISO 9001, or submit the table of contents for their quality management system.

Requirement: tenderers must have a documented HSE system.

Documentation requirement: the tenderer must submit the table of contents for their HSE system, and this and any detailed description of the system must satisfy the requirements in the internal control regulations.
