Arbeids- og velferdsetaten [the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration] c/o NAV Økonomi- og styringsavdelingen, anskaffelsesseksjonen [NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Section], hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for the procurement of cycles with and without auxiliary motors, cycle fronts with auxiliary motors and bicycle training wheels with associated accessories and spare parts. There will also be services connected to individual lots.
The procurement objective is to establish a range of necessary and appropriate aids that improve functional ability for persons with reduced functional ability.
The tender competition is divided into lots in order to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups, secure comparable products and contribute to achieving the desired range of products. Contracts will be signed for each lot with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the user´needs.
