A Framework Agreement will be signed for the assignment with maximum 10 tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. The assignments will be divided between the Framework Agreement parties in accordance with the division mechanism described in the contract. We therefore ask that tenderers familiarise themselves with the division mechanism that is described in Point 9.4 of the contract.
