In 2015 Sande Municipality approved an area development for the centre of Sande, which will establish a 5 minute urban town around the public transport intersection through densification and development, establish approx. 1 400 new residential units, 50 000 m of new business areas and 25 000 m in Sande Business Park.
Project county road 313 Klokkerjordet involves alterations to the county road on a stretch of approx. 1 000 m (Hp02 km 500 — km 1 500). Two new roundabouts and 2 new pedestrian and bicycle culverts are to be constructed. In addition, county road 3248 Hagaveien is to be altered and connected to a new roundabout in the north. The existing Bøplassen bridge is to be demolished.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

The tenderer shall have a system that shows that he works pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works as those comprised in this competition. The system shall be subject to periodic review.

The tenderer and their central contractual partners should have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years.

If the H1-value is higher than 15, an account shall be given of the developing trend of the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value.

Tenderers must be certified in accordance with ISO…

… 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental management) or the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme, with relevance to equivalent public transport projects.

… 9001 (2015) with relevance to comparable public transport projects.

With the tender offer, tenderers shall present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which demonstrates that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties and social security contributions prior to any contract signing.

It was a condition that such an agreement had to exist before a contract could be awarded, see the tender notice and the tender documentation. Land acquisition contracts have not been entered and the call for tenders is therefore cancelled. Cf. the PPR §25-4.
