County Road 213 Skiftesvik-Marikoven — Contract

The work consists of improving the current county road 213 from Skiftesvik to the turning place at Marikoven, a route of approx. 1,4 km.
The road is to be expanded into the rock cutting past ‘Kvitaneset’ between approx. pile 1 500 and approx. pile 1 620. At its highest, the rock cutting is approx. 30 m, and there are big challenges as regards both site engineering and traffic flow when blasting down the rock cutting. We see this blasting as a critical activity.
A new bridge is also to be established by the side of the existing bridge at Pøylo, which will end in a new roundabout. A closed surface water system is to be established together with water and sewage installations for Askøy Municipality along the county road, and new lighting installations are also to be established.
The project will be carried out based on drawings.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation Requirement:

Company Registration Certificate Foreign tenderers shall instead submit equivalent.

Certificates as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to complete the contract. There are requirements for tenderers' equity, annual turnover and equity ratio. See the tender documentation for detailed information.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— tenderers must have positive equity/minimum 12 000 000 NOK,

— an average annual turnover of minimum 85 000 000 NOK for the last 3 financial years,

— the tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have sufficient experience with assignments of a corresponding nature and degree of difficulty. NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised implementation ability, i.e. manpower and capacity, as well as competence and experience of the key personnel will be assessed.

Tenderers must have employees who are qualified as rock blasters and rock blasting manager.

HSE and accident frequency: tenderers must have a system for proactive compliance of health, safety and the working environment. The H1 value must be given.

Outer environment: tenderers must be certified.

Quality assurance: tenderers must be certified.
