The objective of this procurement is to implement the relocation and disposal of fixtures in a safe and reliable manner in such a way that the relocation process results in as little as possible loss of service production.
The tenderer will be responsible for carrying out the assignment in a way that avoids unnecessary service interruptions for the contracting authority. Customs is moving from Schweigaardsgate 15 (hereafter called Sch 15) in Oslo to fully renovated premises in Tollbugata 1 (hereafter called T1) in Oslo. Sch 15 is to be emptied and large parts of the fixtures are to be disposed of. Approx. 340 employees will move from Sch 15 to the premises in T1. The tenderer will be responsible for ensuring that Sch 15 is handed back to the landlord empty of Customs' property.
