The objective of the contract is to ensure access to high quality foodstuff for the product range milk and dairy products for use in i.a. food production and food services in canteens, institutions, schools and nurseries for the participating municipalities and entities.
The supplier must have a broad assortment of products related to the area milk and dairy products. The contract must cover different user groups and a various assortment of products is required.
Products that are included in the contract are:
— milk,
— dairy products,
— different types of beverages as stated in the price sheet,
— dispensers for BIB (10 litres) milk and juice,
— refrigerators and sales counters for the offered products.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 1: tenderers must have their tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Requirement 2: the financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Minimum requirement: credit worthy score A, in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's assessments in regard to the submitted documentation from the tenderer.

Documentation requirement 1:
For Norwegian tenderers: A tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be more than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. (Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)

Foreign tenderers: tenderers who are not established in Norway shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate should preferably be translated to Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

The contracting authority will carry out their own assessment of the tenderer's finances through the business and account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from business and account information systems other than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro in order to ensure an equal assessment of all tenderers. Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 3:.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Requirement 4:
The tenderer or employees at the tenderer are required to have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments are in this context defined as deliveries of milk and dairy product to public or private customers in Norway to a minimum annual value of 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.

A statement of the current management system(s) and routines that ensure safety in relation to nutrition. If this is described in the tenderer's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO, EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) or other systems verified by third parties, a copy of the valid certificate is sufficient or equivalent.
