The Contracting Authority requests a contract for the preparation and implementation of an education scheme related to the traffic safety measures ‘Set limits — notify’. The objective of the traffic safety measure is to teach the youth to ‘set limits — notify’ when they are passengers with someone who is driving erratically. The objective of the contract is to reduce the number of traffic accidents involving youth.
The education scheme shall be implemented in sixth form colleges in Østfold, Akershus, Hedmark and Oppland.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic capacity to implement the contract.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If in doubt, the Contracting Authority can obtain further information from tenderers.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from relevant assignments.
Tenderers must enclose a list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value/quantity/scope, date, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.
Newly established tenderers can document fulfilment of the requirement by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their skills in the service of other providers.
