— participate in the division's strategy development, performance management and re-organisation,
— provide consultancy services to the division manager and staff manager with production of products for the staff,
— case study/production in relation to organisation development, the Norwegian customs' management team and the division's management group,
— prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses,
— process management and facilitation of the work for ensuring progress,
