The import and export of goods division in the Norwegian customs requires assistance for the division staff. The contracting authority needs 1-2 HRs for the following central assignments:
— participate in the division's strategy development, performance management and re-organisation,
— provide consultancy services to the division manager and staff manager with production of products for the staff,
— case study/production in relation to organisation development, the Norwegian customs' management team and the division's management group,
— prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses,
— process management and facilitation of the work for ensuring progress,
— co-ordination of various work flows,
— documentation of the work.
