Sel municipality shall construct a new primary school for the 1st to 7th year. This is a 2-parallel school for approx. 320 pupils and 60 employees.
The contract also includes the expansion of the current sports centre which shall be used as a multi-user hall, the development of the school's outdoor areas and reconstruction of the infrastructure related to the construction works.
Sel municipality hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the project Otta school for the 1st to 7th year as well as an expansion of the current sports centre. This is a turnkey contract with partnering contract and the preparation of a target sum with incitement.

Justification for cancellation On 12.12.2019 the municipal council in Sel Municipality adopted case 117/19 Budget 2020 — finance plan 2020-2023. The case documents are available on Sel Municipality's website. The budget and finance plan involves, amongst other things, changed priorities as regards previously adopted investments for schools and nurseries. The reasons for this are accounted for in the budget and finance plan and the accompanying documents. The previous decision on Otta School has been reversed and further work on a review for a new school has been put on hold. As a consequence of the budget and finance plan's guidelines, including the reversed decision on Otta School, Sel Municipality has decided to cancel the contest for Otta School 1-7 with multi-use hall — interaction contract, pursuant to the PPR §25-4. On 12.12.2019 the municipal council in Sel Municipality adopted case 117/19 Budget 2020 — finance plan 2020-2023. The case documents are available on Sel Municipality's website. The budget and finance plan involves, amongst other things, changed priorities as regards previously adopted investments for schools and nurseries. The reasons for this are accounted for in the budget and finance plan and the accompanying documents.
