Contract 5401 Security, Locks and Fittings, plus a Framework Agreement for Security Systems for VVHF

Helse Sør-Øst RHF (HSØ) will establish a new hospital in Drammen (NSD). It has been decided that the new hospital will be located on the Brakerøya industrial area. This hospital will be part of Vestre Viken HF (VVHF). A decision has been made to establish a joint security system for all of VVHF. This means that this procurement is split into 2 and the procurement will result in a contract with HSØ's project organisation for the New Hospital in Drammen (PNSD) and a contract with VVHV for other locations in the trust. For this contest, this means the hospitals in Bærum, Ringerike and Kongsberg (BRK), but the contract will also apply for VVHF's other minor current or new locations.

HSØ, c/o PNSD is the builder and contract party in the project for NSD and VVHF is the builder for procurements that otherwise concern VVHF (in the following both PNSD and VVHF are called the ‘builder’). HSØ has engaged Sykehusbygg HF for the project management for the NSD project. 2 contracts will be signed in this procurement and there will be an option for a third contract.
