Contest — Painting, Wallpapering and Floor Laying Services for Rogaland County

Rogaland County would like to enter into a new contract for painting, wallpapering and floor laying services, including the necessary material. 2 contracts will be signed, 1 for work at our buildings in the north of the county and 1 for the south of the county. The different zones are described in the annex. The county is responsible for sixth form colleges, dental health and management of County Hall.
Most of the work and deliveries under this contract will be in the south of the county, which has the most schools and buildings that the county has the operational responsibility for. The contract comprises the delivery of masonry work and the necessary materials for this work, as well as the equipment required to carry out the assignment. NS 8406 will regulate this contract, with the amendments that are in the Amendment Annex for 8406:2009.
Information is given both via the system and via annexes when Mercell is used as the competition management tool. Be careful, therefore, when printing out parts of the contest, as the information can be misleading or wrong.

A Framework Agreement will be signed for painting, wallpapering and floor laying services, with materials, in the south of the county. The contract will be valid for all the buildings that Rogaland County has the operational responsibility for. This contest only applies for deliveries in the north of the county.

A special agreement will be signed for driving expenses for call-offs for buildings in Eigersund municipality. This is because these buildings are at the outer border of the county. This only applies for the special agreement and it must be clarified with the responsible orderer before the call-off for the work and before the work commences.

The documented material list must be filled in, both as regards information on prices, the mark-up percentage and the hourly rate (2 tabs).
Hourly rates must include all costs, social expenses, administrative costs, etc. The mark-up percent must be the same for all product groups, and it will be used on prices for the entire contract period. Documentation on the price must be sent upon request.
