Oslo kommune v/ Velferdsetaten

We would like to enter into framework agreements for 24 hour services for persons over the age of 18 who have mental disorders. The procurement will, together with existing framework agreements, cover the town district's need for 24 hour services for persons over the age of 18 with mental disorders or mental health challenges, which are not provided by the contracting authority itself.
The contract for 24 hour services for persons with mental disorders are in accordance with the act on municipal health and care services, etc., No 30 from 24.6.2011 § 3-2 No 5 and No 6 letters a and b.
The target group is persons over the age of 18 with mental disorders or mental health challenges, with demanding and particularly demanding care needs (care level 2, 3 and 4). The users can have additional problems such as mental disabilities, substance abuse or other problems. The services will be provided for persons who need available personnel 24 hours a day.
