The competition begins with a qualification phase. Only those tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and have been invited, will be able to submit a tender.
The contracting authority plans to invite 5 tenderers to submit tenders.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Annual financial statements for the last 2 years, demonstrating that the tenderer has the economic capacity to implement the assignment.
Documentation requirement: credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The rating must be B or better and carried out by a credit rating company that is licensed to operate such activity.
If the tenderer cannot supply the credit rating, the tenderer may use other relevant documentation that confirmed the requirement has been met.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from similar deliveries.
The tenderer must be able to deliver in accordance with the requirement specification including service for delivered contains and any collection/delivery at the contracting authority's plant at Haraldrud, Oslo.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Description of up to 3 of the tenderer´s most relevant deliveries during the last 3 years.
The tenderer must describe how he will fulfil the requirement specification including routines for service and maintenance of containers.
