The objective of the tender contest is to ensure access to adequate HRs with relevant competence for ICT operations. The contract shall ensure access to consultants who shall provide these services either in accordance with the Client's management and control or by providing assignments that are specified by the Client and where the Provider is responsible for an independent final result.
