The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for buildings, roads, water and sewage, and is looking for tenderers with multi-disciplinary engineering competence.
One framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, which is to cover the following areas:
— architect, engineering design group manager, RIG, RIV, RIE, RIVar, RIBr, BL, consultant engineer for roads and installations, as well as a consultant engineer for area and planning services,
— consultant and engineering design services for major projects, or projects where there will be a need for special capacity/competence/experience can be announced separately. The contracting authority will decide whether the size of the assignment, or the assignment's nature means that the assignment is to be announced separately. The contracting authority will have a right, but not an obligation to announce separate contests as mentioned in this section.
