The contest is for a parallel Framework Agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) for assistance from consultant engineers for HVAC and sanitary installations — and climate techniques (“RIV”) in the Contracting Authority's projects. The Framework Agreement shall cover engineering design service and consultancy service assignment.
The aim of the Framework Agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has access throughout the entire contract period to assistance from good RIV with relevant competence, to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for RIV services.
