The Contracting Authority has decided to conduct a successive implementation of a new organisation structure for the Norwegian Customs. The organisation structure project is facing a considerable job related to placing the Norwegian Customs' employees in the new organisation structure. The project includes the planning and implementation of the placing process in a proper and predictable fashion, and at the same time safeguarding the employer's and employee's requirements. Central assignments are the mapping of the employees' competence and work tasks, as well as placing managers and employees in the organisation structure.
The sub-project “personal” needs to increase the capacity for the HR area with up to 3 persons. As our internal part project manager for personal is resigning, the Contracting Authority seeks a part project manager and up to 2 persons who shall support the project.
