Justification for cancellation As a result of the extraordinary measures taken by the authorities throughout Europe in connection with the Covid-19 virus, considerable uncertainties have occurred related to the implementation and progress of ongoing projects in Bane NOR's project portfolio. This means, among other things, that Bane NOR makes continuous assessments of which procurement processes that should be completed, postponed or cancelled. In accordance with the Utility Regulations' § 21-4, Bane NOR regrets to announce that the competition for the KSÅ-5 Consultancy services contract is cancelled with immediate effect.
