The role of construction manager includes technical assistance for projects that are implemented as joint contracts.
The role of SHA coordinator for the execution phase includes technical assistance for projects that are implemented as joint contracts.
The contracting authority intends to award framework agreements with 3 tenderers who can deliver all of these services, assuming that there is a sufficient number of tenderers and tender offers.
Each tenderer must supply 2 construction manager and 1 SHA Coordinator. One of the construction managers can also be the SHA coordinator.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 10 000 000 NOK 💰

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation: as documentation the contracting authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian). The tenderer must achieve a minimum rating of 5, ‘creditworthy’.

The tenderer has, in the reference period, carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to 3 years experience and can take experience from the period before the last 3 years into consideration.

Requirement: experience is required from a minimum of 3 equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments means construction manager assignments for roads, water and sewage projects with a contract value of a minimum 10 000 000 NOK. The tenderer must be able to refer to executed reference projects in all of the named disciplines, i.e. roads, water and sewage.
