Framework Agreement for the procurement of installation, engineering design, programming of automation field components, maintenance and servicing. We will enter into contracts with 3 parallel Framework Agreement service providers.
Automation — field components: The automation with field components controls and monitors all technical installations connected to the automation in a building, for e.g. Such as ventilation, heat production, cooling, room control, sun screening products, energy consumption, etc. The automation is stationed in the social service buildings, i.e. locally on the properties that the client owns and manages. The Framework Agreement duration is 3 years and with the option to extend for 1 year.
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is significantly uncertain as the value is dependent on the construction activity and political decisions. The estimated value is assessed for a period of 10 years. The 10-year period is on the basis that service and maintenance call-offs can have a duration of up to 10 years.
