Asker kommune

A new employers' policy for new Asker municipality has been decided. The policy shall provide guidelines for the working environment and HSE works. The HSE work is characterised by systematic and long-term work where the objective is to improve the working environment, strengthen the presence in work, prevent and reduce injuries and sickness absence and hinder exclusion and withdrawal from the working life.
The managers have the overall responsibility and must enable good cooperation between the parties as well as extensive involvement in the work for the working environment. The most important part of the HSE work must be carried out in the local businesses, at each workplace. Our company health service must be an important collaborator in this work.

Approved company health service, cf. the regulation on approved company health service, FOR 2009-09-10 No 1173
Considerable competence in the specialised field is required. The tenderer must verify that the professionals that are presented in the price sheet also are used for the implementation of the contract, cf. Annex 4.
Relevant experience from assignments in equivalent organisations of an equivalent scope.
The tenderer must verify the capacity to manage the scope that is described in the tender documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
An approval from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority must be submitted.
A brief description of the organisation and associated professional competence.
An overview of the most important contracts in the last 3 years, including their value, dates and recipient, as well as contact information. Reference persons must be listed with minimum information on positions/roles, telephone Nos and email addresses.
