Norsk Tipping AS

The objective of the contract is to ensure development, production and delivery of Norsk Tipping's communication and interior concept for Norsk Tipping's business partners (henceforh referred to as the participants) for sale of Norsk Tipping's products. The contract shall ensure that the delivered products are complying with the requirements for quality, design, and delivery as stated in Annex 1, Enclosure 1-2 and the draft documents with any future agreed alterations and improvements.

Reason for the cancellation: Norsk Tipping refers to a previously sent decision letter in the contest for a communication and interior concept. Petitions for access to information and appeals were received after this decision letter was sent. After a review of the appeals and the procurement documents, Norsk Tipping has decided to cancel the competition, cf. FOA § 25-4-(1) 'The Contracting Authority can cancel the competition with immediate effect if a justifiable basis is present'. The reason for the cancellation is that the award criteria 'price' is not sufficiently clear in the tender documentation, and that predictability for this award criteria has not been taken care of to a sufficient degree. Based on this, we have chosen to cancel the competition and prepare a new competition, which will be announced after the summer holiday. Norsk Tipping apologises for what has happened, and thanks tenderers for their interest so far. We hope that tenderers will be interested in participating in the new competition.
