Justification for cancellation: The contracting authority has been made aware that the requirement specification for some of the machines are supplier-specific. The contracting authority is considering this to be a limiting factor to the tender contest. The way the requirements are formulated they cannot be corrected or clarified within the PPR's § 14-2, the contracting authority's access for making changes in the tender documentation. Based on this the tender contest is cancelled. A new tender contest will be published shortly. The contracting authority can cancel a tender contest when a justifiable reason is present.
