The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirements for all types of client and end-user equipment during the contract period. The contract must contribute to enabling the Contracting Authority to follow the development of the client and end-user equipment during the contract period. This shall be implemented by a controlled replacement of equipment in such a way that the Contracting Authority has a constant access to the equipment that supports the Contracting Authority's work tasks in the best possible manner.
In addition to the abovementioned, we have requirements for services and support that are required for carrying out the strategies that are relevant for client and end-user equipment.
