The contract includes manual logging and clearing of vegetation under and along power lines in the coverage area of HKN. The contract includes logging and clearing scrubs within a restricted clearing zone. The restricted clearing zone is 38 metres (19 metres from the centre) for 300 kW and in an average of 26 metres (13 metres from the centre) for 66 kW for the relevant sections.

The scope is determined by the contracting authority and is estimated to approx. 4 360 decare of the stand area subject to total clearing during 2020.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties.
Tenderers must meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment and they must have a functioning quality system.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
All personnel that are involved in the project must:
— have a valid HSE certificate for the building and construction business in Norway,
— have the necessary training in safeguarding the safety related to works near power line systems. Cf. REN 2024 (Annex.1) Points 1.2 and 1.4,
— have implemented relevant first-aid courses as well safety regulations related to the maintenance and operation of electrical installations courses. These certificates must be valid during the entire contract period.
Due to safety reasons, minimum 2 of persons in each work group must be able to communicate in Norwegian/Swedish.
