Hønefoss Arena has a total area of approx. 12 000 m
Hønefoss Arena has 3 handball courts, a running track, a gymnasium, climbing wall, health centre and face. The premises are also used by Ringerike Videregående Skole, Hønefoss Videregående Skole og Læringssenteret for voksnen [Ringerike Sixth Form College, Hønefoss Sixth Form College and the Adult Education Centre.

Hønefoss Arena has handball courts that satisfy the elite series requirements with seating for 1 726 and standing room for 1 000.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience from comparable cleaning assignments:
Reference list of comparable cleaning assignments in the last 5 years.
Tenderers that are newly established and cannot therefore present references, must substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must give an account of the company formation and employees' competence and expertise.

The tenderer must have good capacity suitable to the scope of the assignment:
A description of available technical support apparatus, machines or technical equipment that will contribute to the implementation of the contract.
Implementation plan:
If the tenderer does not have personnel available to perform the assignment at the time of the contract signing (see point 2.3), a detailed implementation plan must be in place to explain how the tenderer will ensure that the assignment can be implemented by the start date on 1.1.2020. The implementation plan must also describe an alternative solution if the tenderer still cannot implement the assignment on their own from the first day.

Implementation guarantee:
For this assignment, an implementation guarantee equivalent to 4 months of total cleaning costs for 2020. is required at a Norwegian bank. This must cover any extra costs if the selected tenderer is not able to start the assignment from 1.1.2020. Such extra costs are for example:

— extra costs for the implementation of cleaning of premises. Here, the cost of the current contract is compared with the price Hønefoss Arena AS must pay to another supplier while a new tender competition is being implemented,
— costs connected with the implementation of a new tender competition, including hours worked.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be supplied:
A statement of the company’s quality assurance system. If a tenderer is certified by a public certification organ, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of an issued certificate. If the tenderer is not certified, the current quality assurance system must be documented, e.g. by attaching a quality control manual which describes the quality assurance system and how it is implemented in the organisation.

The tenderer shall be certified in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's cleaning enterprises register. Tenderers that are not yet authorised must have submitted an application subject to consideration. If the tenderer is not approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

Copy of the certificate issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. Tenderers that are not yet certified can attach a copy of the application/confirmation that an application has been sent.
The tenderer must be able to safeguard environmental consideration when carrying out the service.
The tenderer shall substantiate the requirement by presenting relevant environmental certificates, such as EMAS or ISO 14001 or equivalent, or give a description of own system and routines for environmental policy, environmental management system, training of employees for environmental-friendly cleaning, etc.
