Arkivverket [the National Archival Services of Norway] want to sign a contract for the delivery of cleaning services for 6 different buildings in Norway. The contracting authority wants to sign a contract with one service provider and therefore want a combined price for all of the buildings. It will be permissible to utilise the capacity of local sub-contractors, but there can only be one responsible contracting party.
The National Archival Services of Norway wants a serious collaborating partner. The cleaning business must be in a position to work efficiently with modern cleaning technology under realistic and good framework conditions for the company and the cleaning personnel.
The contract must cover the buildings’ total need for daily cleaning, floor care and spring cleaning.
