The contracting authority aims to have modern cleaning services in line with the developments in the branch. The cleaning services shall be in line with the current level as regards the branch's competence, use of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery/equipment, methods, use of resources and cleaning quality.

The contracting authority's need for the cleaning service shall be continually developed and adapted to the technical and organisational development within the cleaning branch in order to avoid unnecessary impact on cleaners and the inside and outside environment.

The contract includes full service with sanitary services, hygiene services and the hire of mats. The hygiene services that are included consist of refilling, procurements and the delivery or hygiene containers with the accompanying equipment, as well as emptying and cleaning thereof.

In addition the contracting authority has an option to procure cleaning to order, such as extra washing when required, polishing, cleaning furniture, etc. after unforeseen events.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(ESPD: Part II A.e) Certificates for tax and VAT.
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: economic and financial position.
Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial standing: the financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical/professional qualifications.
Tenderers shall have good experience from comparable cleaning assignments.
The tenderer must be able to ensure environmental consideration when carrying out the service.
The tenderer shall be registered and approved in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s cleaning register. Tenderers that are not yet certified shall have submitted an application subject to consideration. If the tenderer is not approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.
